a little about me
Great design, no matter what industry it serves, should always have one common goal—impact. Sometimes it has stopping power and changes people attitudes towards a brand. Other times, it is more subconscious and helps build confidence for a brand.
In order to get there, I strive to get a solid understanding of the people who should notice the brand, inject the proper proportion of creativity, and send it down the path that gets recognition. Sounds easy? Not always. But running a business is no small task either.
For over 20 years, I have worked for the big agencies and directly supported businesses big and small. I have a passion for clear communication that can be clever, genuine and holistic.
Additionally, I started working with Big Pharma and healthcare in 2006—something a bit rare for a midwest creative. While those industries don’t offer the creative flair that many others do, they have a more direct connection to helping people live better lives (who can so no to that). While these industries generally take a while longer to complete, I offer timely, flexible and confident solutions in navigating those brands through their appropriate channel.
